Anthony Davis

Anthony began working with Tottle Partners in 2007.  In 2010, Anthony moved to the UK and worked with a top tier international law firm before re-joining Tottle Partners in 2013.  He graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce in 2006 and was admitted to practice in Western Australia in 2008.

Specialising in commercial property and general commercial matters, Anthony’s matters include the preparation, negotiation and settlement of lease documents, commercial property sale agreements, loan and security documents and business sale agreements.  He also provides advice regarding the Western Australian land titling system, the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreement Act, the Strata Titles Act, the Contaminated Sites Act and in relation to caveat disputes.

Anthony is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and is a mentor in the Law Society of Western Australia’s mentoring programme. 

 


Jessie Earl

Jessie joined the firm in 2010 after graduating with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.  She was admitted to practice in November 2010. 

Jessie has experience in a wide range of commercial matters, including insolvency matters, voluntary administration and liquidation advice, general Corporations Act matters, complex commercial litigation and general dispute resolution work.

She also specialises in health law and the defence of medical negligence claims. 

 

 


Amanda Sinclair

Amanda graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and she began working with Tottle Partners in 2009.  She was admitted to practice in Western Australia in September 2010 and the Commonwealth Courts in October 2010. 

Working with Richard Wilenski, Amanda specialises in construction and engineering matters with a particular focus on dispute resolution, risk strategy and claims management advice.

Amanda’s dispute resolution and advisory services include project advisory, risk strategy and claims management advice.  Her dispute resolution experience includes litigation in the Federal, Supreme and District Courts, private and court facilitated mediations, arbitrations conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Act 1985 (WA), Commercial Arbitration Act 2012 (WA), the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules 2010 and the ICC Rules of Arbitration and adjudication under the Construction Contracts Act (WA).

 


Leonie Snepp

Prior to joining Tottle Partners in 2013, Leonie was a solicitor at Minter Ellison and a legal and contracts specialist at FMG. She was admitted to practice in Western Australia and the Commonwealth Courts in 2009. 

Working with Lee Panotidis and Richard Wilenski, Leonie specialises in construction and engineering matters with a particular focus on front end work.

Her experience includes advice and representation on projects including processing plants, power stations, non-process infrastructure, airports, universities, hospitals, stadiums, renewable energy projects (including wind and solar), telecommunications infrastructure (including the NBN), transports and logistics, defence infrastructure, offshore installations and commercial, retail, residential and mixed used developments. Leonie has experience reviewing and advising on various types of project delivery models including ECI, EPC, EPCM, PPP, alliances and joint ventures.

Leonie also provides dispute resolution and advisory services including providing project advisory, risk strategy and claims management advice, court litigation, mediation, domestic and international arbitration and adjudication under the Construction Contracts Act (WA).

 

 

Caroline Spencer

Caroline graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2008 with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and Bachelor of Arts (French).  She started her career with a national law firm and was admitted to practice in December 2009, before joining Tottle Partners in 2010.

Caroline acts mainly on building and construction, oil and gas, mining and resources and general commercial matters.  She regularly represents clients in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts in Western Australia as well as the Federal Court.  Caroline also has experience in both private and court-ordered mediations, and in arbitration matters.

Her clients include individuals, Australian private and listed companies and international enterprises. 

 


Eu-Min Teng

Eu-Min graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney and is currently completing a Master of Construction Law at the University of Melbourne. He was admitted to practice in 2008 and joined Tottle Partners in 2017
