After graduating from the University of Western Australia, Yin was admitted to practice in Western Australia in 1992. Yin joined Tottle Partners (then Tottle Christensen) as a senior associate in 2000 and became a partner of the firm in September 2010.
Yin enjoys a diverse practice and a wide variety of clients. Yin’s practice has a particular focus on large complex litigation which is testament to her highly developed organisational skills. With her wealth of experience, Yin understands the risks, costs and distraction from business which litigation brings. Her excellent technical knowledge and analytical, interpersonal and communication skills enable her to offer to clients a commercial, practical and solution driven focus to dispute resolution.
