Lee Panotidis
Partner
Lee was admitted to practice in 2000 and following several years working with a local boutique firm, joined Tottle Partners in 2004. He became a partner of the firm in July 2011.
Lee specialises in onshore and offshore engineering and construction matters, with experience in the following areas:

development and negotiation of engineering and construction tenders

negotiation and implementation of engineering and construction contracts for construct only, design and construct, material supply, EPC, EPCM and various relationship types of contracts

provision of risk strategy and claims management advice

dispute resolution including litigation in the Supreme, Federal and District Courts, mediation, expert determination, arbitration and adjudication under the Construction Contracts Act (WA) and equivalent acts in other jurisdictions
Lee acts for a range of commercial clients in litigious and non-litigious commercial matters. He advises on insurance matters including:

reporting, denial of liability and mitigation obligations

claims management and defence under a range of insurance policies including contract works, public liability, professional indemnity and directors and officers policies

disputes with insurers regarding indemnity

management of joint subrogated and primary claims

Lee also represents commercial clients in relation to insolvency matters
