Ross Harrison
Consultant
Ross Harrison was admitted to practice in 1974. As a founding Partner of Warren Harrison in 1975, Ross joined Deacons (formerly Sly & Weigall) in 1990 on the merger with Warren Harrison where he held the position of head of the Insolvency Division. He has been a consultant with Tottle Partners since July 2001.
Ross has extensive experience in financial reconstruction, insolvency and commercial disputes.
Melanie Naylor
Consultant
Melanie Naylor was admitted to practice in 1993. Prior to joining Tottle Partners in 1997, Melanie worked as a legal advisor to the Australian Securities & Investments Commission.
Melanie specialises in commercial litigation, corporations and securities law, criminal law, commercial crime disciplinary tribunal work and advises parties in relation to ASIC and police investigations.
