Yin Fang
Yin FangSenior Associate

Yin Fang was admitted to practice in 1991 and following several years working with a national firm, Yin was appointed as a senior associate of Tottle Partners in June 2000. With extensive experience in litigation, recovery and insolvency work, Yin has also conducted many hearings in the Local, District, Supreme and Federal Courts.

Yin speaks Malay, Mandarin and a number of Chinese dialects.

 

Eibhlin McCloskeyEibhlin McCloskey 
Senior Associate

Eibhlin McCloskey was admitted to practice in 1997. As an associate to the Honourable Justice Owen from 1995 to 1996, Eibhlin provided research and administrative support to the Judge. Eibhlin joined Tottle Partners in October 2001 and practices in litigation, insolvency and media law.

 

Lee PanotidisLee Panotidis
Senior Associate

Lee was admitted to practice in 2000 and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia. Lee practises in the areas of commercial litigation, insolvency and construction. He also has experience in marine and non-marine insurance, fisheries, trade practices and employment law.
