Paul Blackman

Paul Blackman has practised in the areas of commercial litigation and dispute resolution since he was first admitted to practice in New Zealand in 1977. Paul had practised in New Zealand for three years before moving to Perth and joining Clayton Utz (Perth) where he was partner from 1981 until 2002, when he joined Tottle Partners.

Paul’s practise covers a wide range of litigation ranging from simple contractual disputes to complex litigation involving significant resource projects and litigation in the areas of the Corporations Act, trade practices, ASIC investigations and the Corporations and Securities Panel.
