Tottle Partners continues to develop and we are always interested in engaging outstanding lawyers to join our team.
We value lawyers who are innovative, independent and flexible and who act with integrity.
Our lawyers do not have to wait years to do challenging and interesting work; you will work directly with our clients and senior lawyers from day one. We have an ‘open door’ policy and do not work in a rigid hierarchy or team structure, so you have the opportunity to work with many of your colleagues in the firm and gain experience in a satisfying range of practice areas. The firm is founded on all of our staff supporting and respecting each other and knowing that they are valued for their contribution.
You will receive training from partners who are recognised and respected in the fields in which they practise and through our comprehensive CPD program. Our goal is to give all of our lawyers the opportunity to gain the knowledge, skills and experience they need to excel and to gain the trust and confidence of our clients, regardless of their seniority.
With many of our partners having left large national firms to join Tottle Partners, we know the importance of flexible work practices and enabling our staff to achieve a positive work/life balance. We will give you the freedom, systems and resources you need to achieve that flexibility and balance.
Our value of and commitment to diversity and inclusion is apparent from the composition of our staff, including our partners.
If you are interested in joining Tottle Partners please provide us with your contact details by email to our Practice Manager, Rhea Wood, at email@example.com and attach a current curriculum vitae.
