construction law – solicitor 2-5 years’ PAE
We seek a junior to mid-level skilled construction lawyer to join our firm’s construction and engineering practice, which has repeatedly been recognised as one of the leading practices in Western Australia. Supporting two partners and working in a team of 8, you will have the opportunity to perform work across a mix of complex disputes and varied front end matters, on onshore and offshore projects. Our client base includes contractors (Australian and multinational), owners, consultants, builders and developers.
You will have existing construction law experience, an interest in providing commercial strategic advice and excellent communication skills. Dispute resolution lawyers who may have only had little exposure to front-end work, but who are interested in also developing those skills, are encouraged to apply. We will offer the successful candidate an attractive salary package and the benefits of working on interesting and complex matters in the rewarding, down-to-earth culture which Tottle Partners offers.
Tottle Partners continues to develop and we are always interested in engaging outstanding lawyers to join our team.
We value lawyers who are innovative, independent and flexible and who act with integrity.
With the majority of our partners having come from large national firms, we know the importance of flexible work practices and enabling our staff to achieve a positive work/life balance. We have an ‘open door’ policy and do not work in a rigid team structure, so you have the opportunity to work with many of your colleagues in the firm and gain experience in a satisfying range of practice areas.
If you are interested in joining Tottle Partners please provide us with your contact details by email to our Practice Manager, Kirsty McPhee, at email@example.com and attach a current curriculum vitae.
