Tottle Partners is a commercial law firm providing legal services in Perth, Western Australia and to clients Australia wide and in the Asia Pacific region.

Since we were established by our founding partner, Paul Tottle, in 1995 we have forged a reputation in Western Australia and in other Australian jurisdictions as a provider of quality and commercial legal services. 

We specialise in dispute resolution, corporate, commercial, construction, property and insurance law.

We have the legal skills, experience and technical resources required to conduct complex litigation. We conduct cases in Western Australia and also in the other major Australian jurisdictions. We are also represented by correspondent firms in other jurisdictions.

The firm is focussed on providing advice to clients quickly and cost effectively. Our clients include major national and international companies, insurers, government agencies and regulatory authorities. This client base is a testament to the skill and experience of the firm's lawyers.

We currently have 9 partners (8 of whom are litigation specialists) and 17 legal staff. Our partners come from leading Australian national and boutique law firms and have translated that experience into a structure well suited to providing first class service to clients on a flexible, commercial basis.

Tottle Partners is accredited under the Law Society of Western Australia’s Quality Practice Standard and is an approved Quality Assurance Provider of Continuing Professional Development in Western Australia.
